1. How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. What is the delivery time?

We currently offer standard free shipping within the United Kingdom, with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, HAPPLIANCE LTD ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping services.

4. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at support@happliance.shop.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped, making changes or cancellations impossible.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

7. Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping fees are not reimbursed unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. What if my order shows as delivered but I haven’t received it?

Please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members who may have received the package.
  • Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email.
  • Contact the carrier for delivery status and proof of non-delivery.
    Then share this proof with us at support@happliance.shop, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
